Position 1: Java Lead - 5-10 Yrs

Principal Duties & Responsibilities: Create sophisticated, imaginative and efficient back-end solutions for a large scale system. Develop high-quality code, establishing development standards and practice by example. Design reusable components by utilizing various standard frameworks. Evaluate requirements and initial mock-ups; make technology recommendations that support optimal construction, maintenance and performance. Leverage the latest developments in Internet technologies. Serve as a technical resource and mentor.

Requirements: At least 5 - 10 years of hands on web development experience. Passionate and committed with strong sense of ownership and craftsmanship. Strong communication skills (interpersonal, written, and verbal). Highly proficient with Java/J2EE/Weblogic/Oracle. Strong SQL / PLSQL skills. Experience with both backend and frontend technologies. Experience with Apache Struts and Spring. Experience in Testing Frameworks like WebTest or Selenium. Extensive experience with Object Oriented Programming.

Position 2: UI Lead - 7-10 Yrs

Principal Duties & Responsibilities: Create a front-end architecture that's flexible, maintainable, and highly interactive. Create standards and define long term vision by leveraging web 2.0 and related technologies. Create sophisticated, imaginative and efficient front-end solutions for a large scale system. Develop high-quality code, establishing development standards and practice by example. Design reusable UI components by utilizing or building UI framework components. Make technology recommendations that support optimal construction, maintenance and performance. Leverage the latest developments in Internet technologies. Serve as a technical resource and mentor.

Requirements: At least 7 - 10 years of hands on web development experience.Experience in coming up with a long-term vision and defining standards. Passionate and committed with strong sense of ownership and craftsmanship. Strong communication skills (interpersonal, written, and verbal). Highly proficient with cross-browser/platform CSS, DHTML and JavaScript. Extensive Experience using JavaScript libraries like jQuery, Ext/JS. Experience with Apache Struts and Spring and other frameworks. Experience in Testing Frameworks like WebTest or Selenium.

Position 3: Development Manager - Java - 10+ Yrs

Principal Duties & Responsibilities: Manage a group of engineers to ensure timely delivery of all development deliverables to acceptable quality levels. Work with program and product management and provide input to product roadmap; provide estimates for technical components. Provide technical leadership and direction to the team; ensure development processes are followed. Establish goals and performance measures for the team; conduct performance reviews, coach and mentor team members to meet strategic objectives

REQUIREMENTS: Experience managing large projects, preferably J2EE-based. Experience with Agile methodology. Experience building and developing high performance teams (hiring, career development, motivation). Strong leadership, interpersonal, organization, and communication skills. Demonstrated success collaborating with large multi-disciplined groups. 10+ years experience with software development including Java, Weblogic, J2EE, SQL and relational databases. Ability to speak to the strengths and weaknesses of various technology solutions. Solid problem solving capability. 6+ years experience in a technical leadership role. 3+ years experience in people management (hiring, performance management, etc.). Experience with managing teams offshore.

Education: Should have B.E./B.Tech/M.C.A degree
