This is Prabha a recruiting Consultant from Placenet Consultants, Chennai. We are retained by Microsoft Certified Co., Kolkatta to hire the services of the person for the below Position:

Role: AVAYA Application Development Engineer with following skills

Experience in AVAYA IC/ACT/ACD, AVAYA Workflow Designer, IVR Scripting, Call Routing, IP Telephony.
Experience in Application support and troubleshooting.
Working knowledge in J2EE, WebSphere, Java Enterprise applications, VB and Data Network Devices .
Develop and maintain a custom Avaya banner using the Avaya SDK.
Experience in scheduling maintenance activities like incident management, proactive monitoring on Fault management,change management, release updates.
Integration experience in AVAYA, SAP, Oracle CRM, Lotus Notes etc.
Experience level: 3+ yrs along with a BE/B Tech/MCA degree.
