DELL INTERNATIONAL -CHANDIGARH- Urgent Requirement !! Technical Support Associates/Sr. Associates

Job Description

1.  Provide first-level Technical Support on basic operational or maintenance of personal computers or peripherals using available tools.           

2.  Guide customer to  identify products that have Customer Issues and issue service calls in accordance with guidelines.          

3.     Escalate problems when unable to resolve customer issues. 

4.     Solves Customer Issues on any product- mostly in warranty Dell desktops and portables like Optiplex, Latitude, Dimension, and Inspiron.

5.     Strive for excellence contributing to business metric goals.

Qualification and Experience Required:

Any Bachelor Degree, B.Tech, B.E, MCA MCSE/CCNA or any equivalent qualification

Diploma Courses/PUC

Engineering Degree or Post Graduate Degree

Experience in customer care / semi-tech/Tech process in International OR Domestic call center would be advantageous.

Knowledge of Basic Computer Hardware, & Trouble shooting.

Freshers can also apply.


Fluency in written and spoken English essential.

Clarity of speech, fluency, grammar, neutral accent and good articulation of thought.

Ability to understand and speak to US customers

Basic knowledge of MS Office suite of software like MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Basic Computer Hardware, & Trouble shooting.
