Job Description:Atkins currently has an opportunity for a HR Manager to manage the HR operations in our expanding Global Design Centre (GDC) in BangaloreCurrently employing over 350 staff, the GDC has plans to expand to 500 staff by the end of the 2008/2009, and for sustained growth thereafter.Reporting to the GDC Head of HR (Bangalore), the HR Manager will also work closely with the GDC Recruitment Manager, HR and Training team to support the GDC Management and UK business managers.This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong HR operations and administration experience to lead a team in a challenging cross cultural environment.HR Experience working in and International Company within India is essential.
Sound operational HR experience at middle management level in an international organization in India.Experience implementing and embedding core HR Processes is essentialStrong intercultural awareness with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and working environments.Broad HR experience with proven ability of operating effectively at a managerial levelAbility to engage stakeholders at all levelsPlanning and organisational track recordResilience?
